By ordering a commission you accept my terms of service.

General Terms
✦ By commissioning you have agreed to my TOS
✦ The commissions might take between days or weeks depending on quantity, complexity and if there is any problem i will notify you.
✦ By commissioning me you agreeing to let me modify your character according to my styles, colors, anatomy and so on.
✦ All prices listed in the pricing section are considered as base prices, and the final price of the commission will depend on the specific details and complexity involved.
✦ I retain the right to reject a commission for any reason.Payments
✦ No work on the commission will begin until the quote is paid in full.
✦ All payments must be made in full upfront.
✦ The prices will be increase if the details is to complicated / difficult.
✦ If you wish to commission something that doesn't match anything within my prices chart, we can discuss it, come to an agreement and set a price.Revisions
✦ You may request revisions during the sketching phase, but if you want to check in on the progress, feel free to contact me!
✦ When I turn in my final version you still have the opportunity to request minor edits such as color adjustments.
✦ Major revisions after that point may cost extra, so please be specific
✦ If you want changes of the finished art, you'll get an extra charge depending on complexity.Deadlilnes and Delivery
If you need the deadline set earlier than the usual, then depending on the date and my current workload it might come with extra [rush fee].Use
✦ The commissioner receives a digital copy of the commissioned piece unwatermarked, in full resolution for their personal use. Further redistribution tied to any financial gain is strictly prohibited UNLESS commercial rights have been purchased.
✦ Emotes may be used on streaming platforms/Discord, etc.
✦ If you post the commission anywhere, please credit me by tagging me. (Twitter, Instagram, Twitch : @emmiinnoo) I'm really appreciated when you give credit to the artist too.Intelectual Property Rights
Commissioning me for an artwork doesn't grant the buyer rights to further monetize my work. To acquire those rights an additional commercial fee must be paid.I have the right to post your finished commission image with my watermark on any of my social media sites. (If you would not like your commission to be posted up, please tell me beforehand).Commissions may NOT be used for NTF or AI database.Refunds
I do not accept refund requests - a cancellation of a commission will not be accepted if the payment has already been made.Communication
